Every entry is written around the symptom rather than the cause, because the symptom is the part you can see. Severity is graded so you know immediately whether to keep troubleshooting or stop what you are doing.
| Severity | Problem | Area | Likely cause |
|---|---|---|---|
| Common | BlackOps will not load at all The address times out or the page never finishes loading. | Access and loading | A degraded Tor circuit on your side, or a flood against that specific address. |
| Minor | Pages load but everything is extremely slow The market opens, but each page takes many seconds and images crawl. | Access and loading | Tor routing overhead plus a slow relay in your current circuit. |
| Common | The captcha will not load or will not accept anything The login captcha is blank, broken, or rejects every attempt. | Access and loading | Image blocked by a partial page load, or a stale session on a loaded address. |
| Critical | The address on the login screen does not match your browser The onion printed on the page is different from the one in your address bar. | Access and loading | You are on a cloned login page built to collect credentials. |
| Severity | Problem | Area | Likely cause |
|---|---|---|---|
| Common | The login rejects a password you know is correct Credentials that worked before are refused. | Account and login | A cloned page, a stale session, or a two factor step not being completed. |
| Serious | Locked out after losing the PGP key used for two factor Two factor is enabled and the key that signs the challenge is gone. | Account and login | The private key that signs the login challenge no longer exists. |
| Serious | Password forgotten and the recovery phrase is missing No password and no written recovery phrase. | Account and login | The recovery phrase is the only route back and it was never stored. |
| Severity | Problem | Area | Likely cause |
|---|---|---|---|
| Common | Monero sent but the deposit has not appeared The transaction left your wallet and the order still shows unfunded. | Payments and deposits | Confirmations still pending, or the amount sent does not match the order. |
| Common | Sent the wrong amount for an order The deposit is short or larger than the order requires. | Payments and deposits | Network fee deducted from the sent amount, or a mistyped figure. |
| Severity | Problem | Area | Likely cause |
|---|---|---|---|
| Common | Order funded but stuck in pending Escrow is funded and the order has not moved for days. | Orders and disputes | The vendor has not marked dispatch, which is often just their schedule. |
| Serious | The vendor has stopped responding Messages go unanswered after an order was funded. | Orders and disputes | Vendor inactive, overloaded, or no longer operating. |
| Serious | A dispute is open and nothing is happening The dispute was raised and there has been no visible movement. | Orders and disputes | Arbitration is queued, or the submitted case lacks dates and references. |
Minor means it is annoying and costs you nothing. Common means it happens to most people eventually and has a routine fix. Serious means the account or an order is genuinely at risk and the steps matter. Critical appears once, on the entry about an address mismatch, because that is the only situation here where the correct response is to stop immediately rather than to troubleshoot.
